A. DIPLOMA IN FOOD HYGIENE (DFH)  PROGRAMME.
Duration: 4 semesters
Candidate must possess: city and guild certificate or NABTEB certificate in catering and hotel Management with at least four (4) credit passes in WAEC, GCE, SSCE, NECO O’ Level subjects in English Language, Biology or Health Science, and any other two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The O’ level ‘results must be obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.


B. CERTIFICATE IN FOOD HYGIENE  (CFH) PROGRAMME.
Duration: 2 semesters
Candidate must possess: at least four (4) credit passes in WAEC, GCE, SSCE, NECO O’ Level subjects i.e English Language, Biology or Health Science, and any other two of the following subjects: physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The O’ level results must be obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
